When you order a Turkey burger, don't you wonder... Will it be dry? Oh, heck no, this one was perfectly cooked, juicy and had good grill flavor. And, limited time offer... 6.99 with endless fries. And, the fries are not overly salty, fresh, and happily not seasoned. Added the garden bar, it did not disappoint! Wow, why have I passed this place by so many times...

Mixed feelings.Food was decent, no real complaints there, and the service wasn't bad either. Overall I don't think it was good value though. I was surprised to see a kids mini pizza, fries, and a drink be just over $10, and two mini burgers and the salad bar be almost $15. For a few dollars more we could have eaten better elsewhere. In the end, I don't plan to go back.

My food was good. My friend cant have gluten. She ordered a gluten free sandwich and when they brought it out I asked if the bun was gluten free they said no. They took it back then came back out and asked if it was ok just to switch buns. My friend said no since it would make her sick. The waitress acted like it was my friend's fault that there was a mistake made and that it was her fault that her food was going to take longer to come. Her sandwich was good when it came out but the experience wasn't good.

They have the best salad bar in town!!!!!!! Love the strawberry sangria!!! Service is good. Place is clean. Definitely will recommend it!!!!

Wow 40 min wait and 20 bucks later. Pretty disappointed to be honest. Guess I wont be coming here again🤷‍♂️ ten min later. Ate all that food and guess what....i am still hungry. 🤦‍♂️ a potato. 6 peices of zucchini. And what well idk what that third thing was... and I might have had some tin foil in with it too... shoulda went to golden coral for 16 dollars and ate my heart out. Lol

Food is good. Did take-out and they were pretty quick.

Some servers are fantastic, while others are mediocre. Salad bar is usually great, but other food is bland.

Ribs and burgers never disappoint. Even if you don't like greens, the massive salad bar has all sorts of other culinary delights for the pickiest of palates to enjoy.

Good food a nice salad bar for an up charge. That is not cool of them.

My husband and I went for a late night dinner and were not disappointed. Service was great. Salad bar was still freshly stocked even though it was late and my salad was delicious. The chicken sandwich my husband ordered was gone within a matter of minutes (aka he liked it a lot). Overall our visit was pleasant.

Always liked Ruby's! Especially the salad bar. You can't find a good salad bar in casual restaurants much anymore. Their food has been consistently good. Plus you can easily search for a buy 1 get 1 50% off coupon. From chicken to burgers I've had it here. Only thing is they need to reinvest with upkeep. A chain that big shouldn't be using duct tape on their chairs to patch tears. Carpet area worn badly etc. Ruby update and people will keep showing up. Don't and you will lose guests.

Great staff. Clean environment. Awesome general manager. Linda and Jake are are always awesome servers. Salad bar is top notch. Good food most times. Last time our burgers were burnt. Cook should have stayed home that day perhaps. Aside from that everything is typically delicious.

The food was not very tasty and the portions were small. The people who work there were very nice and helpful..

Food and drinks great. Service very good. Disappointed that could not use the discount coupon we went there for. Fine print says not good on promo items. Under that guise could say anything falls under promo. So come on, if you put out a coupon or discount, STOP THE FINE PRINT, just do the discount or don't put them out.

It was unexpectedly slow for a Sunday when we arrived. The food was fantastic, service was top notch, and the place was impeccably clean. I would reccommend this location to anyone.

Went here for my girlfriends birthday dinner. Not the best visit for us. The promo chicken sandwich, she enjoyed a lot. But the mac n cheese burger was very lackluster. The loaded fries were really amazing though. The garden bar is not worth the original price for what little is being offered. And the waitress just wasnt a pleasant experience. Something about her personality and work ethic just made the time a bit sour. And the booths are very uncomfortable.

The menu was minimal and it was in serious need of a remodel. The seats were very uncomfortable 😣

Best salad bar around. $5.00 for all you can eat on Sunda nights. Amazing. 1,000 calories less than most places you sit down and eat at.

The food was great. The steak was thick, tender, flavorful and cooked just right - medium rare. The Salad "Garden Bar" was fresh and well-stocked. 'Clean tables and seats, thanks to Will. 'Great service, thanks to Dawn. Decent prices, drink specials, happy hour specials, food specials... When so many chains are getting lax on service and cleanliness, this location remains an exception - a step above. 'Great experience.

Great food. Server was preoccupied or had too many tables and couldn't remember to bring water, extra napkins, or a drink refill to the table. The dry rub ribs and chicken strips were AMAZING.

Food came quick. Tasted good and well presented. Server was average.

I got the salad bar and it was not as many selections like I would have hoped and the composed salads had no flavor as if they omitted the salt and pepper. I would have been better off getting a burger and fries.

Just ate my last meal at Ruby Tuesday. Wanted to simply eat a good meal with the garden bar substituted for the sides. Seems pretty simple. Waitress told me I couldn't do that. I was going to leave because that's just ridiculous. And then the waitress acted like it could be done. Ate my meal which was good, but at the end I was charged for both the meal which included sides price....though no sides were consumed...and the garden bar price too. Not real happy but that's ok I just wont eat here anymore

Service was good, love the fresh salad bar, didn't re as lily care for the baby back ribs, meat was bland with sauce poured over it.

Went in for the 2 for 24 deal and it did not disappoint. Salad bar was filled with plenty of good choices the steak I ordered was cooked just as I ordered it. Strawberry lemonade was also delicious, our server amber I believe was also very helpful and attentive. The deserts were also very good and plenty enough for 2 people. Would go back and recommend this location again.

So I choose Ruby Tuesday for my birthday lunch and I gotta say it probably the worst decision. I order a classic burger (medium rare) & opt for the salad bar. Well I get my burger and it was burnt, I mean it was very well done and blackened. The salad bar was pretty good though. I had them take the burger away, I didn't want it. I do commend them for removing the burger & the salad bar from my check. Guess I would give them another chance.

I don't have Ruby Tuesday at home so I look forward to it when I travel. But the value is sliding, fast. The garden bar is not worth $4 add-on to a meal. The pasta (a side, or I'd have returned it) was tough. On the good side, the chicken breast in the chicken parmesan was nice-sized and the breading was tasty. Not sure if the nice sized breast was the one that came with the meal or the extra one I ordered. The second one, regardless, was not nearly as much chicken.The server was nice and kept up well, but the food was, on balance, disappointing.

Arrived and was told that it would be about just 20 min before we would be seated, 45 min later we finally were seated. Service was ok but they dont know their food temperatures for steak cooking. It appears that medium and medium well are the same as rare or even a notch above rare. A little pink is one thing but not bloody raw.We will not be visiting again.

Salad bar was great food and service not sure much.

It was an ordinary meal. I had a grilled chicken Caesar salad and a cup of tomato soup. I doubt that there was three ounces of chicken, which dieticians say is a serving. The lettuce was fine but there was too much salad dressing which would have been okay if it had been really tasty salad dressing. The soup wasn't bad but it was barely warm. The bright spot of the lunch was talking to the friend I hadn't seen in a while. That part was outstanding.

Food was delicious! I got they were very accommodating and great wait staff.

A long piece of hair was stuck to the top of to go cup and service wasn't the best. Food was just okay. They are equal to burger king.

Good place with high-quality food and fair price. Not too salty not too fried. Desserts are delicious.

Perfectly cooked steaks. Tender yet crisp grilled asparagus. Prompt and friendly service. Fantastic dessert.
